Key Responsibilities:
- Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex healthcare data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Solution Implementation: Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new systems and enhancements, ensuring they meet business requirements and improve user experience.
- Agile Methodology: Actively participate in agile processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Training and Support: Develop training materials and provide support to end-users, facilitating the adoption of new systems and processes.
- Product Development and Strategy: Assist the Lead Product Manager in the development of product features, from research through to release, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational goals.
- User-Centered Design: Develop feature requirements based on a user-centered approach to deliver a seamless, impactful user experience.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the healthcare or health technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies; experience with data visualization tools and SQL is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
